returns

vintage:

returns for vintage items are accepted on a case by case basis and only for items that are grossly misrepresented. returns are not accepted for items that do not fit. item must be posted for return within 3 days of delivery date in the same condition with tags attached. buyer is responsible for shipping costs.

new:

returns / exchanges must be posted for return within 7 days of receipt. returned items must not have been worn, washed or altered and must have all tags still attached. shipping and handling charges and any customs charges are non-refundable. please contact us (persephonevintage@gmail.com) if you wish to make a return.

payment

payments are securely made through paypal or google checkout.  in special cases, money orders are accepted. please email if you would like to pay by money order.

domestic orders within the U.S. receive free shipping on purchases over $150!

sizing

measurements are taken while garments are lying flat. bust, waist, and hip measurements should be multiplied by two and all measurements are in inches. please note that certain items are pinned back to fit model. please read measurements carefully.

the best way to see if something will fit you is by comparing the measurements to something similarly shaped that you already own.

accessories and other items in photographs are not included in purchase unless otherwise noted. items may be available for sale in our website or other stores.
